NNPC Retail Celebrates Customer Service Week 2021

NNPC Retail joins the rest of the world to celebrate customer service week which takes place from the 4th of October to the 8th of October 2021. Customer focus is a core value of NNPC Retail, and the company have committed to ensuring that customers have a platform to experience all the products and services the company offers.

This years theme “The Power of Service” highlights the importance of customer service for businesses who serve and support customers on daily basis. The customer service team thanked our loyal customers for giving us the opportunity to continue serving them. The team lead reiterated that everyday is customer service day for the company.

This year, the company is celebrating an increase in efficiency, automation, and product delivery which has been led by the Sales Executives in every state. Activities for this years customer service week include visit to station visitations by the management of NNPC Retail and gifts to customers.

NNPC Retail Launches AutoGas

Mr. Mele Kyari, Group Managing Director (GMD) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), says the corporation will provide free conversion services to enable automobiles switch from Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) to autogas. He mentioned this during the launch of the CNG/Autogas at the NNPC Retail Station, Lugbe Abuja.

There is a primary role to provide the conversion kits for our vehicles until private sector can come in. This is a service to Nigerians and as a business to the corporation, he said.

The 1 million cars to be converted as promised will be done through a structure that the Ministry of Petroleum Resources will put in place to ensure that any Nigerian who has to convert his car will get it done free of charge.

The GMD explained that the service will be available in NNPC retail stations nationwide, especially in states with existing autogas service stations. States include Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, Kogi, Kwara, Ogun, Ondo, Oyo,Edo, Delta, Rivers and Bayelsa.
